You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The watch is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The watch is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- The item is not a final sale or customized/engraved product.
Please note that certain products, such as limited edition watches or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for a return. Be sure to review product details at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional details about the item.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
